HertsWatch
was formed following a review of NHW carried out by the Police Authority,
which recommended far better support for NHW from the Police. A
Project Manager, former Supt. Mark Custerson and then a Project
Officer, David Aylett, were employed to review and improve matters.
A working group was formed out of which a document came, NHW
Into the Future. This details 5 key recommendations and details
a structure for NHW in Herts.
